1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all online English teaching services.
2. Services
Lessons are conducted online (e.g. via Zoom). The content and learning goals are agreed individually.
3. Lesson Scheduling
Lesson times are arranged in advance.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are agreed in advance. Payment is made in advance.
5. Cancellation
Lessons can be cancelled free of charge no later than 12 hours before the scheduled start.
In case of later cancellation, the full lesson fee will be charged.
6. Late Arrival
If the student is late, the lesson time will not be extended.
If the teacher is late, the time will be compensated.
7. Technical Requirements
The student is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and the necessary equipment.
8. Liability
We are not liable for technical issues beyond our control.
9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

Ці Загальні умови застосовуються до всіх послуг онлайн-навчання англійської мови.
2. Послуги
Заняття проводяться онлайн (наприклад, через Zoom). Зміст і цілі узгоджуються індивідуально.
3. Запис на заняття
Час занять узгоджується заздалегідь.
4. Ціни та оплата
Ціни узгоджуються заздалегідь. Оплата здійснюється наперед.
5. Скасування
Заняття можна скасувати безкоштовно не пізніше ніж за 12 годин до початку.
У разі пізнішого скасування стягується повна вартість.
6. Запізнення
У разі запізнення учня час заняття не продовжується.
У разі запізнення викладача час буде компенсовано.
7. Технічні умови
Учень несе відповідальність за наявність стабільного інтернет-з’єднання та необхідного обладнання.
8. Відповідальність
Ми не несемо відповідальності за технічні проблеми, що не залежать від нас.
9. Захист даних
Обробка персональних даних здійснюється відповідно до нашої політики конфіденційності.
10. Заключні положення
Застосовується право Федеративної Республіки Німеччина.

1. Geltungsbereich
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Online-Englischunterricht-Dienstleistungen.
2. Leistungen
Der Unterricht erfolgt online (z. B. über Zoom). Inhalte und Ziele werden individuell vereinbart.
3. Terminvereinbarung
Unterrichtstermine werden im Voraus vereinbart.
4. Preise und Zahlung
Die Preise werden vorab vereinbart. Die Zahlung erfolgt im Voraus.
5. Stornierung
Termine können bis 12 Stunden vorher kostenlos abgesagt werden.
Bei späterer Absage wird die volle Gebühr berechnet.
6. Verspätung
Bei Verspätung des Schülers wird die Zeit nicht verlängert.
Bei Verspätung des Lehrers wird die Zeit nachgeholt.
7. Technische Voraussetzungen
Der Schüler ist selbst dafür verantwortlich, dass eine stabile Internetverbindung und die notwendige Technik vorhanden sind.
8. Haftung
Für technische Probleme außerhalb unseres Einflussbereichs übernehmen wir keine Haftung.
9. Datenschutz
Die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten erfolgt gemäß unserer Datenschutzerklärung.
10. Schlussbestimmungen
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
